• On the PUSH notification popup window, click on "Other options"
• Select "Security key" and press the key to validate the authentication

Case of a connection to the mail email.pasteur.fr with DUO Mobile

MFA is applied when trying to connect to web applications remotely and without a VPN connection. Case of a connection to the mail https://email.pasteur.fr with the DUO application :

• Enter your credentials on the single authentication portal
• If asked, update the browser or click on "Ignore for now"
• An authentication request is sent to the DUO application: open your application on your smartphone and approve this request.
• The authentication should be validated on your computer
