Yon can click on the Enrollment button once the IT Support have activated your account.
If you encounter any issue, feel free to raise a Support ticket.
You can manage your existing second factor (for instance: smartphone renew, add an additional Yubikey...)
Just click on : Manage my devices (for security reason, a reauthentication is necessary).
