I have lost my second factor
What do you need to if you loose your second factor or if it's stolen ?
Like with any IT equipment, please report any loss or theft.
- Contact IT support (to report the loss of the key and its replacement)
- Submit a loss/theft report on the SSI application, under the "Loss or theft of the key and its replacement)
To avoid any potential identity theft, it is essential to remove the lost/stolen Yubikey from your authentication factors on the device management page.
To do this, click on the "Edit" button, then "Delete" for the device to be removed.
